Can someone help give a little advice

Ok so AF is very very over due I was due from 6-9 days ago and still no sign. I’ve had a few symptoms that suggest it may be coming such as sore boobs, headaches and cramps however they’ve been going on since the 21st when I experienced some spotting. I’ve also had a few other symptoms I don’t usually get with AF such as backache and frequent urination. I’m now 19dpo and got a negative on an accu news pregnancy test strip, which I used my first morning urination for.

UPDATE: Had a pinkish look when wiping so think AF is now making an appearance.
