Normal for baby to be less active?!

I’m 36 weeks & 6 days and i’ve noticed my son has become less active. He’s usually going crazy alllll day but i’ve noticed the past 3 days he hasn’t been as crazy and i’m worried. is it normal for them to become less active??

They do not move less towards the end at all! This is so dangerous for people to say. They move different as they have less room but should still move in the same pattern as always! If in doubt please please go get seen x

I wish people would stop saying they become more active because they run out of room this is so dangerous and so I’m true! They should still move just as much. They’re movements will change. They may just wriggle and squirm instead of a kick but you should absolutely still feel them move just as much!

Movements might feel different as they run out of space but your baby should still move around the same amount as before. Always best to get checked out and be on the safe side.

It’s normal for baby to be less active towards the end, because they run out of room. Drink some juice, lay on your side, and do a kick count. You should feel 10 kicks within a 2 hour period.

I was also super scared when I noticed this was happening but My doctor told me it was normal. You could drink something cold or sweet to get them moving and count to 10 kicks. They’re running out of room as well as they’re almost acting like a newborn now so they sleep more.

I would call just to be safe. I was told that baby should still be very active.
