Breastfeeding while traveling??

Well after Joslynn is born, somtimes after inget the okay from her dr that she can travel i want to go see my Dad in VA, it will be a drive and of course i hope to breastfeed:) i get how to breastfeed take stops, stay on her routine, but i saw make sure i have a cooler with ice for the extra milk i might have to pump. Now how would i use those in the cooler if they are cold? We do plan on getting a hotel with a little fridge and of course running water, i know i can run warm eater on the bottle until its warm for her to eat, but how would you temp that to make sure it is room tempature? And do i put the rest of the bottle in the fridge i am sure they will have a freezer on top?
