What’s your morning sickness like?

Question ladies - what is your morning sickness like? I have had the flu for the last week and a half so I’m incredibly congested and have been coughing like crazy. Every morning I wake up coughing/hacking up a lung and end up throwing up. It’s bile, yellow and thick, but I can see the mucus in it. I wasn’t sure if this was due to me being sick or if this is morning sickness. I’m not throwing up any food, but I do get nauseous throughout the day from certain smells and movements.
