So my MIL is visiting, and she’s been a real help, but freaken hell she rubs me up the wrong way sometimes!!!

I am a firm believer of not kissing a baby on the lips. Firstly there is flu going around in the house and secondly, not even I have kissed my own baby on the lips and I’ve voiced this before. She literally just kissed my baby on the lips goodnight. 🤬 I pulled my baby away and said “Not on the lips! I haven’t even kissed her on the lips yet!”

Then she keeps going on about the Love to dream swaddle, how she thinks it’s a straitjacket

and that she feels so sorry for the baby.

She then said that breastfeeding a baby for 8 months is way too long, that they’re on solids and they should be given water instead!?

Lord give me strength 🤭
