Period late by two days

So two weeks ago I didn’t have my birth control because everytime I went to go pick it up at the pharmacy they told me that I didn’t have a refill and I had to wait for the doctor to send it after I already called about it and my so came inside me and now my period is late by two days and I took a pregnancy test last Saturday and it came out negative but I know that I could have taken it too early but I am freaking out I haven’t had any cramps and I have been praying to get them and I have been stressing about being pregnant and I know that probably won’t help me in this situation but I have no idea what to do I know I need another test but right now I don’t have a working car and I have no way of getting one but I don’t feel different and I don’t feel bloated so I don’t know what to think I was just hoping maybe someone on here can just put my mind at ease even though it is very possible that I am pregnant I am just freaking out
