At what week should you tell your boss?

I was hoping on waiting as long as possible to tell my boss ( 15 weeks being the max although I’d rather wait longer lol) what is a general rule or when should you inform your boss of your pregnancy? I’m not showing too much yet I’m 8 weeks tomorrow. The trouble is having to constantly leave for doctor appointments and I feel like at some point my boss will catch on anyways

I told my boss after my first appointment because I knew I would be missing a ton of work for appointments and because I want to start working from home after having the baby so I had to get the idea in his head early. I just asked him not to tell anyone else in the office until I'm ready. I think it depends how close you are with the boss and when you feel it will be necessary because of the increased time missed.

I will have to tell my boss as soon as I’m back at work and I’ll be nearly 10 weeks. (Have to tell due to my morning sickness) I was running to the toilet literally every 15 to 20 min so I had to tell my colleague

I wanted to wait until 12 weeks however because I’m struggling to get though my shifts because of fatigue and nausea, I think I’m going to have to tell him at 8 weeks instead. Been sent home early quite a few times already. I think my boss thinks I’ve just got the same sickness everyone else at work has because everyone seems to be sick right now 😂
