2cm open and DR just broke my water

I’m at the hospital. At 10:30am I was not open at all. They gave me some pills and at 1:30pm they checked me and I was 2cm the doctor decided to break my water. It happened so quick. I’m slowly leaking. Meconium was coming out ☹️🥺😭 I’m worried about my baby. It’s now a little over an hour later and I’m starting to get contractions.

What can I expect? Anyone had their water break at 2cm?
