Is this normal?

I went to the er because I don’t have insurance and everywhere else wants money up front and I kept puking and had stomach problems and missed my period by 18 days. They said i’m 6 weeks pregnant almost 7! Yay i’m so excited. But I had implantation bleeding so they did a ultrasound and they saw a little line a blood that can be a “threat” to the baby but said don’t worry. He said everything is healthy is normal but him saying this scared the hell out of me and i’m clueless now. These are the paperwork can someone please help...
