After that , I took a nap and still no contractions. I decided to do nipple stimulation until I had contractions. After stimulating my nipples for maybe 30 minutes, I heard a pop . Got up and nothing was leaking . Decided to take a shower . After drying off my vagina felt wet . So I decided to put on a pad . After cleaning up I felt my water break . I am now at the hospital 3 1/2cm dilated .
