so i have quite bad hyperpigmentation around my lip area and a bit of a reaction on top of my lip but I need tips on how to make it lighter because I feel like it looks like I have a moustache whereas I just need to thread it but when I do it’s darker.

If you use makeup, I’m pretty sure you can cover it by using like red concealer or lipstick? Or an orange one. Not too sure about how to help the actual appearance of skin, but exfoliating twice a week may help. Try not to do it more than that though because it can cause little microscopic tears in your skin and make that skin thinner and age faster.

Chemical peels will actually lighten your skin and keep the hyperpigmentation away.
