Hi, my just turned 7 week old has gone off her feeds. She was taking between 3-4oz every feed, mainly 4 but last couple of days she hasn’t been interested much, she’ll take 4oz one feed then the next few she’ll only have 2-3oz, but before now she would take all feeds really well, even started to wake during the day for her feeds (usually have to wake her) She was 6 weeks premature so technically she should only be about a week old, she’s gained a lot of weight since birth too but I’m worried she’ll lose weight if she doesn’t take all her feeds, she sleeps through the night too. The nicu team told me to feed every 3-4 hours during the day.

Is her feeding normal for her age? Do babies go through phases of going off their feeds?
