So overwhelmed with appointments.

So currently I have to be seen 2 times a week for NSTs (for high blood pressure) and then regular 1 week appointment for OB. The issue I’m having is I’m having to go to Labor and Delivery at least once a week because baby doesn’t pass (she’s very active, which makes her heart rate go up which causes her failures) I spend literally my whole day at the hospital because I have to be monitored until she passes. They give me no explanation for anything just say ok you can go now after spending my whole day there. I actually had 4 appointments last week due to all these issues. It’s so overwhelming and honestly extremely depressing. I can’t explain the stress it causes and the feeling of hopelessness it gives me. I just feel like if it’s not one thing then it’s another, I just can’t have a break.
