Constipation remedies?

What would be helpful for my 13 month old?

Over the last few weeks, my daughter will go 2-3 days without pooping, and then struggles to poop when she does. I hate it!

She drinks water freely throughout the day, and at meals. I’ve been giving her those pouches of organic prune purée, applesauce, and she has yogurt with probiotics almost daily.

I’m at a loss. My MIL always says that my husband used to be very constipated as a child, but I’d love to find something that would make her go daily so she didn’t have to struggle when she goes 😓
