Any type of Vitamin D.  My fertility specialist recommended it paired with the fertility medications I was taking to conceive my daughter.  I conceived her in a winter month and I dont think I would have been as successful without vitamin D.  Also, make sure you are taking a pre-natal if you aren't already.
