My LO is 10 weeks and I’m still home on maternity leave. My husband is back at work which leaves me home alone most of the time with the baby. So when my husband comes home, he often feeds him and will bathe him (depending on how late it is).

For the most part, my LO only cries when he’s sleepy, and he can fight sleep pretty good. It’s those times when he’s overly tired that he doesn’t seem to want to be consoled by my husband. I’ll let him try and offer different ways to console him but after a while the baby is screaming, I’m cringing at the sound and fact that he’s been crying so long and my husband is frustrated.

Eventually he gives him to me and my LO instantly stops. This bothers my husband even more but idk what to do or say. How do y’all deal with and help develop the bond between baby and your SO’s?
