Which essential oil is best for anxiety and stress?

I just got an aromatherapy oil diffuser for Christmas & I want to buy some essential oils for stress and anxiety. 😊

Young Living has an oil called Stress Away that smells great. 
Peppermint and Citrus oils are great for a pick me up that I feel like makes me feel happier and less anxious. 
Lavender is generally seen as the standard relaxation smell. 
My all time favorite combo is myrtle, orange, and a drop of peppermint.

Lavender works best for when I'm stressed. My diffuser came with a box of oils and on the box it says what they work best for...mine says Sleep-Lavender,Ylang Ylang, Valerian and Vetiver. And for Anxiety-Rose, Frankincense, Chamomile and Bergamot. Hope this helps❤

I've found that lavender works really well for anxiety, and eucalyptus is pretty good for stress
