I found out I was pregnant on Friday the 13th, and after finding out I ovulated early I've been worried this go around (#3). I started spotting brown last night and today its gotten heavier and red. I've come to accept that this is likely a early miscarriage but after the secret getting out I'm not up to letting everyone know that this happened. I was nervous about having another so close in age with my youngest who I had in January. I think stress and anxiety had gotten to me. If any one has had painless spotting and it was red and brown and still had a healthy pregnancy let me know. Thank you.
