How long does it last and lower back pain? I’m soo uncomfortable can’t sleep not even my sleepy time tea didn’t work so exhausted what can I do to be able to be comfortable and sleep being I know I’m probably a few weeks in maybe 4 or 5 weeks 🤰🏽🤰🏽🤰🏽😭😭😭
