What is the difference between spotting. And an extremely light period. I havent had a cycle since August. I have absolutely no cramps i haven't taken a pregnancy test since last week (it was neg) but the blood tmi is a lighting pink. I started last night. Im so confused my cycles are normally 38-45 days.
