Sorry, not parenting related but needed to ask someone as my doc is on holidays at the moment.

I’ve just received the report from a recent echo. It says mild mitral regurgitation and trivial tricuspid and pulmonary regurgitation. Is this something I should be worried about long term? Assuming mild and trivial aren’t a problem at the moment but is it something that will get worse with time?
