First morning urine in other words is the first urine after the longest aleep you had. So, it counts, if you have slept for a while. The reason tests need FMU is, that it is more concentrated, and when levels are low, then it shows better. Otherwise you can test whenever you want... Just te test might not show positive, altough you might be pregnant.

Thats the time i tested because thats when my longest pee hold would be. I wake up to pee a lot at night so anything after that time was at most a 2 hour hold for me.

Fmu is per that was produced after 4-6 hours of sleep without getting up during the night to go...So as long as you don't pee during the hours after you go to sleep and hold it from the time you go to sleep until you get up at 4:30am then yes that would be your fmu  and yes you can take a test with that...Good luck and baby dust from me to you and lots of prayers too❤
