Thoughts? Help

I'm 10 days late all pregnancy tests are negative. I got a peak on an ovulation test yesterday. I don't know if I could be pregnant or just missed my period and am ovulating now (when I was supposed to if I had gotten my period) thoughts? This is month 1 of TTC, this hasnt happened before. I've been tracking for almost a year. Thoughts?!
