Pcos/Femara

I was diagnosed with PCOS a few weeks ago. My Dr suggested Femara to help me ovulate so that we can finally get out BFP. Who else has used this medication and what was your experience? I take ovulation tests daily. And today I am at the highest so far since I’ve been testing. Hubby and I have been baby dancing since Thursday. I have three children previously before my husband. We really want another that is his. Please send good vibes our way! We’ve been trying for over 2 years now.
