I am so damn tired😫😭
This 4 month sleep regression just keeps getting worse! My son used to sleep 6-7 hour stretches. Fast forward to today:
Asleep at 8:45pm
9:15pm awake
10:30pm asleep
11:15pm awake
11:45pm asleep
12:30am awake
1:00am asleep
3:15am awake
3:30am asleep
I JUST WANT HIM TO GO BACK TO NORMAL SO I CAN SLEEP! His sleep has been getting worse and worse over the past 3 weeks😭
