Dog jumped on pelvic area

So I’m trying not to let my anxiety get the best of me but on Christmas eve my dog (7 lbs) unexpectedly jumped right on my pelvic area. I cramped in that spot on and off the rest of the night but no bleeding or spotting. We have our next appointment tomorrow morning but I cant help but think something happened because I feel like my symptoms have subsided a bit since then. Do you think baby is fine?
