I would make him a appointment in the morning to get it checked out my daughter has eczema don’t use detergent with fragrance ALL is a good one use baby wash with no fragrance I use baby dove sensitive and also aquaphor works great I use Aveno baby as well

Looks like allergic reactions I used to get them all the time. Try baby benedryl, oatmeal bath with cool water and cortisone cream if that doesn’t work take to Er they can give antihistamine shot it’ll go away in an hour if that’s it.
