Losing my mind

Friday I noticed some spotting went to labor and delivery because I’m 29 weeks as of today. Well on Friday I was checked cervix was still close and I wasn’t dilated any but was having some mild cramping which was picked up to be contractions. I was released and since then I have been having contractions. Well today I went do a normal routine with my doctor and since I was at the hospital on Friday she decided to check me. Well turns out I have dilated 1cm and have been having contractions that now hurts but not to bad. I was given a shot today to develop my babies lung and tomorrow I get another one. I’m so upset because if I have my twins early I will fall into deep depression. I just need some encouraging words.
