Rash or baby acne?

Does this look more like a rash or baby acne? It’s gotten worse the last few days down her arms back and chest. She’s been extra fussy the last 2 days unsure if it’s related.

Take her to the doctor ASAP. Today marks my baby’s 7th day recovery from the same supposed “baby acne”. It’s was definitely not baby acne. I was prescribed hydrocortisone to treat it. My baby skin is finally cleared up.
