Have you ever been diagnosed with cervical dysplasia?

I have stage 3 cervical carcinoma with severe dysplasia my regular obgyn of over 10 years found about 7 years ago and did a punch biopsy that he told me came back negative and I had serial paps every 4 mos for 5 years and was told they kept coming back negative I switched dr's for another reason and found out that all the tests had actually been coming back worse each time so the new dr did a LEEP and the margins came back positive so I switched to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Tx anyway after 2 more LEEPS and a cold knife cone the margins continued to come back positive I had an MRI which showed the cancer was contained to my cervix and bc I wanted another child they decided to let me see a RE to get pregnant as soon as possible I'm 24w now and bc of all the surgeries I had to have an abdominal cerclage at 10w and have been on progesterone since the day I got my bfp I will have another MRI 6weeks post partum and if the cancer hasn't spread will have a hysterectomy if it has spread we will re evaluate but if my original obgyn would have been proactive I could have had a simple colposcopy and cyro therapy :/

Just want to talk about this a little ....  I was diagnosed when I was 13.  It was the youngest case my doctor had ever encountered.  I had a conoscopy and chryo surgery.  Spelling may be wrong there.  She told me I may not be able to have kids..  Has anyone had kids after this diagnosis?
