Post-anal sex

Following anal, my FWB went back to vaginal. I was half asleep at that point and wasn’t aware enough to think to tell him to go wash his dick first, and he didn’t know any better. What symptoms should I be looking for? I’ve heard there can be pH balance issues, Infections, or other complications if you go straight from anal to vaginal without cleaning. I’d rather not go to the OB and pay a copay for me to be dramatic and paranoid
