Fenugreek capsules! Yes that’s right!!! I was told by my dr to increase my milk supply using a pill called “domperidone” which is a hospital medication to increase milk but takes up to 1-2 weeks to kick in but the paediatrics told me to buy “fenugreek” herb capsules from any health shop or chemist, whilst I’m waiting for the medication to kick in, and supply increases within 24-72 hrs.... let me tell you, the next day (today 24hrs later) my milk was FLOWINGGGG .... thought I’d share this amazing natural herb with you all xx
