How long did you need the big maternity pads after birth?

I’m buying them now and wondering how many I need before going down to a slimmer version when it lets up? Any suggestions on slimmer version of maternity pads after the big ones are done?

I always just used Always Infinity. Used the overnight for a week to ten days. Then the regular size for about a week

I bought the always boutique panties (they are like the hospital panties). I used those for about a week or until I was out then I used normal pads and pantyliners. I had a c section so they sucked a good amount of blood out. It wasn’t bad at all.
