Has anybody gotten a std and now you're so paranoid you keep going to your gyni??

Short story. 2 years ago after having my son I got an std from my boyfriend. He came out negative but i was positive. We broke up for almost a year and I slept with a man whore and I got an std from him... is it me? My boyfriend and i broke up because we lost each other We lost our son and we grew apart then on top of that I go in for a check up and find out I have an std a few days later. He thinks i cheated and I thought he cheated. Please positive comments very paranoid. Ima make an appointment to get an iud and an std test. Last time I had one was a month ago since I had a miscarriage.
