Cramping 6 weeks?

I went to the ER because I don’t have insurance yet, and I was puking constant and spotting a little which they said was implantation bleeding. They took ultra sound and all was okay. I’m almost 7 weeks and I get light cramps once in a while is this normal has anyone dealt with this?? It’s right in my stomach by the uterus then goes away. It’s no where near as bad as period pains but I get nervous because it’s still cramps occasionally. Has anyone else had this? Is it normal?
