Can you return opened diapers?

My husband bought a 192 count box of Members Mark (Sam's club brand) diapers, which we have never tried before, and they are HORRENDOUS. They feel like something you would get from dollar tree. So I used 1 trying to give it the benefit of the doubt and 1.where it rubbed my daughters skin was raw. 2.she peed through it and got it on her clothes in 1.5 hours.

I used only one and I want to return it.

Does anyone know if this is even allowed? We wasted $30 on garbage diapers.
