I will be starting my first medicated cycle next month (CD 1 should be Jan 10th) with Letrozole. I have not received a protocol from my doctor yet so I’m sure this will be explained to me when I do, but I’d like to know how to prepare and what to expect.

When do I start tracking with OPKs? Is there a certain time of day that’s better to take it? Any bad side effects I should be prepared for? If there’s any advice/tips you want to share with a newbie, then please do. I feel really lost in all of this so I welcome anything.
