How many naps is your baby taking?

My guy is 4.5 months old and hates naps. I’m lucky if he takes 30 min naps at a time. We are usually up around 7am and he does a 30ish min nap at 9am. Then another at noon. He’ll take his last nap around 3pm-ish and sometimes that’s about an hour or so. 
I’m amazed he’s in such a good mood with such little nap time. 
I’m aware of the sleep regression but he was never a good napper to begin with.
Anyone else going through this?

That’s normal to sleep short stretches at this age. Longer stretches and less naps will come with age.

I think it's absolutely normal. My boy was the same at that age. 3 naps per day, no longer than 30 minutes each.

At that age, we had our daughter on a 2 naps a day schedule. About 2 hours each. She woke at 7am, napped from 9:30-11:30am and again from 2:30-4/4:30pm and then went to bed at 6:30pm (and then slept through until morning again).

My son was a weird sleeper. He napped every other hour until 6 months old and was usually asleep for an hour. So he’d wake up at 7 and be ready for a nap at 8, wake up at 9 and ready for a nap at 10 etc. he slept SO much lol

My baby is a month 1/2 and only naps 1-2 times a day if I’m lucky and it’s only for an hour.. sometimes an hour 1/2.. She also only wants to nap on me so once I try to sit her down she’s wide awake.

Lol, I haven't had my baby yet, so no personal experience with naps yet. My parents complained that I never, like never ever would take naps as a baby/kid. I stayed up late, and slept like 8 hrs maybe. Sorry Mom and Dad 😜 LOL

Yes, my daughter would nap for like 20-30minutes😩 then around 7 months I started putting her in her crib(she was normally napping in a swing or the bassinet) and she started gradually getting better at naps. I kept it dark and had a fan going. By 8 months she became the ultimate sleeper lol she started taking 2, 2 hour naps a day and sleeping 12 hours at night(should’ve moved her sooner!) and has been on the exact schedule since then and she is now 13 months. I think just being consistent and keeping things cozy and calm helped her get into a routine.
