Pregnant after binge fest!
Has anyone went on a binge rampage & then found out they were pregnant?
I usually spend some weeks dieting/fasting to defluff after I “let myself go”. I gained 20 pounds of bloat in 1 month. Wondering how the heck I can debloat now😩😩😩 I do not want to get as big as I did my last pregnancy (70 pounds🙅🏻♀️)
Wish I was more smart this month. But the holidays🤦♀️
