How to not have an anxiety attack while getting csection
So my doctor told me I would be more than likely be getting a csection when I hit 37 weeks because of some problems... I have horrible anxiety and I’m so worried about once I get the epidural I’m going to have a horrible anxiety/panic attack does anyone have any tips??
