So on Friday December 13th (CD 13) I went into my follow appointment to see if I had any maturing follicles after taking Clomid. The doctor said I had one on my right and two on my left measuring 18, 14.5 and 15 mm. I started to take OPKs on Sunday and Monday the line got dark but wasn’t a positive so I thought I’d ovulate within the next day or so. However just to make sure me and my husband had sex on Monday night. Tuesday rolls around and the lines got lighter and through out the week they stayed the same. I usually ovulate around CD 19 and started to grow concerned. My doctor told me to take the trigger shot if I didn’t ovulate so I put in my order in on CD 20 and had my husband do the shot that night. We had sex the night of the shot and 2 days following. I am just at a lost if I missed my window or if I took my shot too late in my cycle. Any thoughts? My doctor wants me to do blood work for my progesterone to see if I actually ovulated. Been on this crazy journey for almost 20 months with one failed pregnancy.
