I noticed this at the back of my throat this morning, does anyone know what it is?

It’s your epiglottis. I know because the same thing happened to me. For some people it’s naturally visible which is very rare and I happen to be one of those people. But it can actually swell up and stop you from breathing. You definitely should go to the er if that gets any worse.
