My lawyer finally handed in my cross yesterday against my ex husband whose trying to get unsupervised with our almost 9 year old daughter who he hasn’t seen in almost a year. My lawyer tore him apart in it. From going back to when we started dating. To him upping and leaving us in 2014 for an underage teenage girl in high school. To his past alcohol and drug abuse. His family locking my daughter in a bedroom when she was four and grilling her about my personal life. To his ex girlfriends kids molesting two of his sons. I mean she went all out! I can’t wait til we go to court to see what happens. I’m requesting supervised visitation only paid for by his expense and supervised by the state only. He knows nothing about our child so one on one time is what he needs so his face isn’t in his phone. Good thing about that though is it won’t last because he won’t want to sit in a room and do absolutely nothing. So fingers crossed that January 13th does my way!
