Normal to forgot people's faces?

So got into a fight with my boyfriend we been living together 4 years and now he move out because i ask him to do it, but thing is I can't remember his face at all i try but i can't that's weird because it been just 2 days. Im scare because i have to see a pic to remember but I took my phone down and my mind is in blank again. Why? Have this happens to any of you?

Yes. I do with my kids faces sometimes. 
I think I read somewhere that your focusing too much on how they look and not how they make you feel. 
Be honest with yourself and feel what he makes you feel and then you should see his face better.

I'm not sure what it's called in English, but you can be face blind. Like no matter how well you know someone, who might still not be able to recognize them. Try and look it up.

Yeah in order to actually think up someone’s face I can only think of the most recent picture I saw of them. I can’t just think of them themself but a picture OF them.... yknow
