Ivf and endo?

Anyone with endo and going through Ivf? Did you conceive ?

I have endometriosis and am currently in my first IVF cycle. I’ll have my retrieval at the end of this month. But I know someone who does have endometriosis who has gone through IVF and got pregnant her first transfer.

I have stage iv, had a small endometrioma return after surgery and before start of ivf. It wasn't producing extra estrogen so they left it. My first retrieval and first transfer was a success and I am due in March. AND I was 40 when retrieval occurred, turned 41 when transfer occurred. Good luck!

I had an unsuccessful iui in the fall after 10 mos trying... even though all my tests came back normal- although I did have a smaller endometrioma on one of my ovaries that they weren’t concerned about. 
my doc thinks I may have mild endo but I’m just not convinced as I’ve never had a single symptom that I can recall... 
Anyone else have a diagnosis w/o physical symptoms? I love and trust my doc it just seems odd... 
Doing genetic testing now and hope to start IVF in the next month or so. SO nervous. Does endo really affect ivf significantly???

I have Adenomyosis (we think). I haven’t done any diagnostic surgeries or tests, but they think that’s what they saw in my HSG. I haven’t had any transfers yet so I don’t know if it’ll be successful or not, but praying!
