Hey everyone I’m 6 weeks pp and I got my first period which is a little heavy. I feel like I’m losing a lot of blood which is normal, I know and especially since it’s my first one in forever it seems that way. Anyways sometimes during this period I feel a little light headed almost not really anywhere to where it bothers me literally just enough to notice it. I checked my blood pressure twice and the first reading was 98/66 and the second was 101/71 which is low for me. I’m usually around 115-120/69-80. Is this normal? Just because of blood loss? I’m still taking my prenatal so I’m getting iron, but this is completely freaking me out and feel like I should go to the ER. This is 3 of the period... first day was super light though so really it’s just been today and yesterday where I’ve been bleeding heavy.. please help!
