Postpartum hair loss

This might be a dumb question, but has anyone noticed if there is a correlation between a newborn baby losing their hair and you (the mother) having postpartum hair loss? With my first pregnancy, my son lost all his hair and I had hair loss soon after. This time it seems like my newborn is not losing his hair (and he has a lot!), so I am wondering if I should still expect that I will have hair loss this time around or not. Thanks!
