Fever 2nd trimester

Soo. I’m 23 weeks pregnant and woke up with a fever this morning. Staying hydrated and took Tylenol this morning. It’s possible it’s the flu because my hubby had it over the weekend. What should I do? Will it harm my baby? I’m freaking out!
