Breastfeeding Mamas
Anyone get headaches from breastfeeding- I have googled this and it’s called Lactation migraines/headaches. I don’t get it every time, but often I will get a slight headache towards the end of a breastfeeding session. Not sure if there are other things I can do to prevent this, or if I just have to live with it. I am very mindful about staying hydrated!
