Plan b questions

I took a plan b tonight and I have some questions. I am likely ovulating tomorrow (I use opks) and had sex with my husband. We want children but some personal issues this month made it not a good idea. My questions: how long did it take you to get a period after taking plan b? Was it longer or shorter than usual? Did it mess up subsequent menstrual cycles? Is it possible to get pregnant next month? I see some answers on google but not everything. Hoping for actual experience and not judgment.
